On July 13, 2010,Bridge journalists of A&M International University interviewed Harmony, an earth-loving, tree hugger. Harmony lives in a tree to relieve the stresses of human society. Harmony became an earth lover when she saw what materialism did to people.
Harmony was born in a tree and in a way wanted to be normal and fit in like everybody else. However, once she saw how some people are and don’t care about each other, she wanted to become more loving.
Harmony believes that “we need to accept people the way they are and be more open to things.” She does this at home by meditating to relieve stress, relaxing by listening to nature calls, and trying to be at one with the world.
