Hello friends! Michael Martinez here introducing The Bridge’s weekly mix tape section. This week’s mix tape titled “Endless Summer” comes from my DJ set list (Desmadre, Sr.) compiled in celebration of our new school year here at Texas A&M International University. Even though the semester has begun, it should not inhibit us from maintaining our summer memories throughout the school year.
This mix contains various genres of music from the ever so popular hard pounding, bass driven dubstep sounds of Rusko and 12th Planet. A more lively, sassy baile funk sounds of Maluca and the minimal cumbiatech sounds of Nixtamal. And of course a more dancey remix of new Crystal Castles.
