My name is Karen Alanis, I am twenty years old and currently a sophomore at TAMIU. I am majoring in Communications with a minor in Spanish. I hope to become a Journalist and work in a magazine one day. I hope to be an inspiration to my family and hopefully make them proud once I reach my goals. My biggest motivator is my mom, she has taught me to always pursue what I want and work my hardest in order to get there.
