Coca-Cola has teamed up with Starbucks and Paste Magazine to host For the Love of Music – a program “aimed at exposing independent bands/artists from all over the world,” according to PRWeb.com. The program essentially scouts unsigned, emerging artists, and through podcasts, downloads and features presents them to music lovers everywhere.
Each month, a new slate of artists is introduced. The featured artist’s podcasts will be free through iTunes as well as the Coca-Cola Web site.
This month, there are 44 podcasts available on Coca-Cola’s Web site. You can choose from specific categories such as “Global Rhythms,” “North American Grooves,” “European Beats” and “Latin American Sounds.”
