Hello, my name is Michelle Lizette Muñoz, I’m 21 years old and a junior here at Texas A&M International University. I am aiming at earning a double major in English and Communication here at the College of Arts and Science. I was born and raised here in Laredo, Texas and graduated from Nixon High School. I decided to take journalistic writing because I wanted to better understand media and how to approach controversial topics in the world. I hope to one day get a story published in the New York Times. My biggest goal however, is to publish a fiction novel. In my spare time I enjoy reading and painting. I also enjoy listening to new music and sharing it with my friends. I enjoy cooking and baking for my family. Most of all, I enjoy learning about new things and having new experiences.
