One of my goals would be to get my bearings in non-profit work. My friend Kassandra was a huge inspiration for me when she started at a Non-profit company called English at Work that teaches English to Immigrant Americans. My back up goal would be to work closely with any business and manage their presence in Social Media and the like.
What I expect to learn in this class is to perfect my writing and report about the news. I would love to learn how to write great articles and pieces about topics that would interest readers.
My main interests lay in the art world. I will read/watch anything that has to do with design, music, fashion, illustration, photography etc. I am constantly looking through tumblr, blogs, magazines and the like to find hidden gems. Other passions of mine include technology and in particular computer hardware and software. I am computer technician by trade so anything that has to do with the latest and greatest will always catch my eye. And if ever my two passions meet I will invest all my time to learn and read about them.
