OUR PROGRAM
Our internship program is designed to provide interns hands-on, practical experiences while working alongside some of our industry's smartest teams; as well as providing immediate value to their teams and our leaders. As an intern, you will be challenged and offered the opportunity to make an impact across the business and be involved in the company's most critical business decisions.
We are looking for ambitious and curious students, who are interested in growing professionally and developing their skills to become the next generation of leaders in Human Resources.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN THIS ROLE:
Our team is looking for a full time summer intern. This position will support the Talent Management team in HR on a number of key projects including, but not limited to: performance management, talent assessment and surveying, culture and employee engagement activities. THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION**
YOU WILL BE:
- Working closely with the Talent Management team to deliver a continuous, employee centered performance management process
- Supporting the current 360 Feedback cycle and contributing to the development of a company wide survey strategy
- Helping to develop and implement employee tools and resources to guide WEX through the annual performance management process and related career pathing efforts
- Contributing to strategic external partnerships related to talent development and the talent pipeline
- Collaborating with the Talent Management team and other key stakeholders across the company on a range of culture projects and employee engagement activities
- Assisting with additional projects as needed and based on your interest and expertise
