As a Entry Level Recruiter, you will be responsible for providing recruitment services to our clients. The Entry Level Recruiter will locate and hire candidates via JSG's exclusive internal database, job boards, personal contact networks, and creative recruiting efforts. In our office, sales and recruiting are separate functions but work together closely. You will be recruiting for professional/customer service, manufacturing, and engineering disciplines.

A successful JSG Recruiter spends their day:

• Recruiting candidates using a wealth of resources (LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Indeed, Bullhorn, etc.)
• Discovering, qualifying, and establishing relationships with candidates
• Clearly communicating job responsibilities, company culture and operations, and community to candidates
• Crafting a comprehensive verbal and written summary to accompany candidate submittals to the Business Development Manager (don't forget to highlight strengths and weaknesses!)
• Scheduling interviews and liaising between the candidate and Business Development Manager
• Performing reference checks on candidates prior to hire
• Consistently updating Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to reflect current candidate information, activity records and interview summaries
• Researching, analyzing, and presenting hiring statistics to management

Our recruiters work closely with the sales team to understand a client's culture, job requirements, and business relationship with JSG. As the main point of contact with candidates, our recruiters also build relationships with them to discover additional hiring opportunities.

We require our Recruiters to have:

• A Bachelor's Degree
• Ambition to build strong relationships and work with a team toward successfully filling roles
