Halloween Crafts
With Halloween right around the corner, people are looking for new ways to celebrate. There are always new a fun ways to decorate for Halloween. You could always give out candies to trick-o-treaters and to those children attending a costume party the old fashion way, or you create a "Yummy Mummy".
You will need a few things such as 16oz clear cups, gauze sponges, craft googly eyes, Elmer's school glue, a pair of scissors, a hot glue gun, and candy. First you will need to cover the outside of the entire cup with the school glue spreading it with your finger. Then, you are going to wrap the gauze sponges around covering the entire cup. Once the glue has dried and the gauze is firmly attached, you will use the hot glue gun to attach two googly eyes to the outside of the glass. Once everything has completely dried, you can fill the cup with candy of your choice.
This is a fun and easy project that kids, young adults and parents can do. You can also embellish the cup with anything else you like. You can add a spider or anything that you would like to show your Halloween spirit.
There are many other things that you can do to make your holidays even more special. Please feel free to share your special holiday ideas with us at The Bridge.
