For County Commissioner Precinct 1, Frank Sciafaffa won the position with 57.21%. This seat was left vacant with the arrest of Mike Montemayor on Federal charges. For County Commissioner Precinct 4, Jaime Canales was re-elected with 84.5% of votes.
