The Texas Roadhouse accepting applications
The Texas Roadhouse, located at 5722 San Bernardo, is scheduled to open its doors on Nov. 22, 2010. With the opening day approaching, the restaurant management opened a booth outside the Student Center patio area during the Oksoberfest to recruit students who may be interested in obtaining a job.
An hour after opening the stand, the booth already had an estimate of 5 to 10 applications on hand. The restaurant is offering the flexibility of hours for students who are interested in working full or part time. One of the benefits at working at The Texas Roadhouse for college students is having the opportunity to interact with other people, and quick cash from the tips.
One of the few out of the many servings that will be provided to feast at the restaurant are fresh sides, baked bread, and hand cut steaks. The restaurant is proud to state that all their servings are freshly made at the restaurant, and won´t be providing frozen goods to their consumers.
The opening hours for the restaurant are scheduled to be Monday to Thursday 4 p.m.-10 p.m., Friday 4 p.m. -11 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m. -11 p.m., and Sunday 11 a.m. -10 p.m.
For the students who missed the booth and are interested in joining The Texas Roadhouse crew, they are welcome to apply at the restaurant, Monday To Friday from 9 a.m. -6 p.m. at the trailer located in the parking lot facing the Texas Roadhouse.
